Return Policy

  1. Items purchased can be returned and exchanged within 7 business days only if the item is damaged upon delivery.
  2. Customer must contact us and inform Lifeline Customer Service first before sending back the items to us.
  3. Damaged items sent back by the customer should be unused and in the original packaging.
  4. If the returned items show signs of usage, have been washed, or exhibit foul smell or odor, Lifeline has the right to refuse the return and exchange of the items.
  5. Damaged items must be sent back by the customer to our warehouse and be willing to wait for the evaluation of the damaged items.
  6. After items undergo evaluation, Lifeline Customer Service Representative will update the customer regarding the status of his/her return, and coordinate the exchange of the items.
